William H. Fyler

Executive Director

William H. Fyler is the Executive Director of Safehavenforwidowed.org. In the midst of his own deep grief over the loss of his best friend/soul mate/wife, Terri L. Fyler on December 26, 2008, Bill was determined that no one who has suffered the loss of a loved one should walk this journey of grief alone.

His mission was to establish a safe place for both widowed and non-widowed to learn about grief, get support, share with one another, and know they are not alone.

On November 19, 2009, Safehavenforwidowed.org was dedicated in remembrance of Terri L. Fyler and began fulfilling that mission.

Bill is a strong advocate for members of the site, as well as for the widowed community at large.
